Getting started
- Install the plugin from the WordPress admin area.
- Activate KozzMail.
- Open the KozzMail menu in your dashboard.
- Review settings and create your first campaign.
Create your first campaign
- Start a new campaign from the KozzMail dashboard.
- Add a subject line and message content.
- Paste or build HTML, then use preview to inspect the result.
- Select recipients. The free version supports up to 10 recipients per campaign.
- Send the campaign when you are ready.
Sending test emails
Use test emails to confirm formatting, links, and content before you send to your final list. This is especially useful when you are working with custom HTML.
Templates
Save a template when you want to reuse a layout. The free version includes one saved template. Pro will expand this to unlimited templates.
Tracking opens and clicks
KozzMail records open and click events so you can see basic campaign activity. Keep the reporting expectations simple: this is not a full marketing analytics suite.
Free vs Pro
Free is designed for small, simple campaigns. Pro will add unlimited recipients, SMTP sending, CSV import, unlimited templates, advanced reports, and scheduled campaigns.
Troubleshooting
- If emails are not reaching inboxes, check your hosting and WordPress mail setup.
- If previews look wrong, validate the HTML and test in a few mail clients.
- If tracking counts are lower than expected, some mail clients block tracking.
- For browser issues, refresh and clear cache after updating the plugin.
